Size: The box label appears to show US Kids 9K. I would list it as Toddler US 9 / 9K. Before publishing, double-check the physical box/shoe tag because some of the text in these edited images looks distorted.
Collection / location:Used Kids Shoes → Toddler Shoes. You could also add Boys’ Shoes or Unisex Kids Shoes if your Shopify collections allow a product to appear in multiple collections.
